The word TAXI* is used throughout this web site and is meant as a generic term for Licensed Taxi who accept the bookings made via this web site and whom provide the service.

Notice: Taxiservices.mu is not a TAXI* or Private Hire Company, but is a booking fulfillment service which facilitates the booking of TAXI* services. The actual booking is accepted by the TAXI* company and confirmed to the customer.
The information and material contained within this web site is provided for general information only and does not constitute acceptance of any bookings that may be made. We accept no responsibility for any TAXI* bookings made via this web site.

Representation and Warranties
Taxiservices.mu is provided by Logidis Ltd on an "as is" and "as and when available" basis to users. Your use of any of the services provided is done so at your own discretion and risk, and Logidis Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability for any of the services provided, whether or not you use any of the services.
Logidis Ltd and its associated content provider organisations make considerable efforts to make the information made available via Taxiservices.mu as accurate as possible but no warranty or fitness is implied.
Neither Logidis Ltd nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, licensers, or the like, makes any representation or warranty or condition, either express or implied, to you:
  • that Taxiservices.mu will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • that Taxiservices.mu or the computer server from which Taxiservices.mu is made available, are free of viruses or other harmful components;
  • to the accuracy, content, timeliness, completeness, legality, reliability, quality or suitability of any information, advice, content, service, search results, products or merchandise provided through Taxiservices.mu.
Logidis Ltd makes and you receive, no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to:
  • Taxiservices.mu, its content, merchandise, services, documents, information, items or materials provided by Logidis Ltd in connection with the use of Taxiservices.mu; or
  • any goods or services or information received through or advertised on Taxiservices.mu or received through links provided on Taxiservices.mu;
  • including without limitation no representations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of proprietary rights or otherwise.
No oral advice or written information given by Logidis Ltd or its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensers, or the like, will create a representation, a warranty or condition nor should you rely on any such information or advice.

Provision of advice
Logidis Ltd is not an agent for and does not vouch for those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be displayed or referred to in Taxiservices.mu, nor for the availability, suitability or prices of such goods and services nor for the legal entitlement, competences, professional qualifications, trade certifications, or memberships of trade associations of such persons, companies or other organisations.
Logidis Ltd advises users to satisfy themselves as to the exact type and nature of goods or services being offered or qualifications held by those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be displayed or referred to in Taxiservices.mu.
Taxiservices.mu may make available certain information provided by third parties. Logidis Ltd recommends that before you use any such information with respect to any issues or questions that you may have you seek advice from a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances will Logidis Ltd or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents, sponsors, licensers, or any other party involved in the creation, production, maintenance or distribution of Taxiservices.mu be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, use of data or other intangible losses) that result from either:
  • the use and reliance on Taxiservices.mu; or
  • the inability to use Taxiservices.mu; or
  • mistakes, omissions, interruptions, suspension, termination, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, transmission or service response time, or any failure of performance with respect to Taxiservices.mu including without limitation those arising from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to Logidis Ltd's records, programs or services; or
  • merchandise, products or services received through or advertised on Taxiservices.mu and merchandise, products or services received through or advertised on any links provided on Taxiservices.mu; or
  • information or advice received through or advertised on Taxiservices.mu and information or advice received through or advertised on any links provided on Taxiservices.mu; or
If any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These conditions (which include the Passenger Terms and Conditions) and any and all documents specifically referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Logidis Ltd with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision contained in these conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction and governing law

These conditions (which include the Passenger Terms and Conditions) shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Logidis Ltd controls Taxiservices.mu from within the country of Mauritius.

Passenger Terms and Conditions

Taxiservices.mu is an online transfer reservation service where you can obtain prices and pre reserve your trip.
  • Taxiservices.mu finds a Transfer Partner for you at the price quoted.
  • Subject to time of booking and your status with Taxiservices.mu you can:
    • Prepay for the trip by credit card.
    • Put the cost of your trip on an account, previously created with Taxiservices.mu.
  • The user must provide a valid and correct passenger name, telephone number and email address when placing a booking, Taxiservices.mu does not accept any responsibility for any errors and subsequent miscommunication as a result.

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of travel unless otherwise agreed by Taxiservices.mu.
  • Taxiservices.mu accepts user requests for travel and places them with several ground transportation partners. These partners are licensed taxi, private hire and mini-bus companies (Transfer Partners).
  • Taxiservices.mu offers two types of transport transfer services these are Private Transfers and VIP Transfers.
  • After you place your booking, Taxiservices.mu will:
    • Send an e-mail confirming the status of your order.
    • Provide you with the details of the Transfer Partner that will fulfil your booking, also known as your Voucher.
    • In the event that the Transfer Partners are unable to fulfil your booking Taxiservices.mu will send you an e-mail to advise you. Your booking may be cancelled or an alternative may be offered which may have additional charges.
    • In the unlikely event that you do not receive any emails, you should contact us on (230) 206 9630 or email reservation@taxiservices.mu.
    • Taxiservices.mu will try to accommodate any special requests that are placed at the time of the booking. Depending on the nature of the request there may be additional charges and you will be notified of this before your booking takes place.
  • Taxiservices.mu produces vouchers and booking references (containing a reservation number) for all bookings.
  • It is one voucher for the entire party travelling and it also covers the return trip when reserved as part of the same booking.
  • The voucher contains your journey details, the Transfer Partnerís details and your unique voucher number.
  • Print the voucher and have it available to give the booking reference (reservation number) to the driver.
  • Taxiservices.mu does not guarantee to successfully place every request.
  • Taxiservices.mu reserves the right to select or change the Travel Partner on your behalf.
Private Transfers
  • Private transfers are offered throughout Mauritius covering every postcode.
  • In case of airport pick-ups your driver will be waiting for you as you exit the baggage hall with the principle passengerís name on a name-board.
VIP Transfers
  • You can select an executive chauffeur driven car, Taxiservices.mu will automatically offer the service when available on your route.
  • You will be met at the pick up point by one of our many experienced chauffeurs and arrive at your destination in comfort and style.  
Pricing Policy
  • Prices are automatically calculated via the Taxiservices.mu booking form from the pick up and destination addresses. Whenever prices are not available through the website due to complex itineraries (for instance in the case of various stopovers), prices will be communicated by Taxiservices.mu Customer Service by email.
Prices include:
  • 15 minutes waiting time free of charge. (When entering a pick up time, the passenger must ensure to leave adequate time to reach the destination and in the case of airport to accommodate check-in time requirements).
  • From the correct pick up point to the correct destination entered only.
  • The number of passengers specified only.
  • Meet and greet service when the pick up point is SSR airport to a maximum of 30 minutes waiting time.
  • Return journey if stated.
  • Two items of luggage (see Luggage section for details).
Prices do not include:
  • Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes with the exception of the meet and greet service. Additional waiting time shall be charged at the rate of MUR 1 (one) per minute and MUR 2 (two) per minute between 8 pm and 5 am Mauritian time
  • Detours from the journey entered.
  • Additional passengers.
  • Excess and oversize luggage (see Luggage section).
  • Fouling of vehicles.
  • Parking costs, with the exception of the meet and greet service.
  • Any other road charges.
  • Tips for the driver.
  • Sports equipment such as bicycles, golf clubs and surf boards. If you do have any sports equipment, please contact us prior to placing your booking to ensure we can accommodate and authorise your request.
Booking updates
  • Taxiservices.mu does not offer an online facility to update or change existing bookings, you can update bookings by contacting the Taxiservices.mu Customer Service by email reservation@taxiservices.mu or by telephone on the (230) 206 9630, where we will make every effort to accommodate your specific change. Please notify Taxiservices.mu as early as possible.
  • If your changes are more than 2 hours prior to departure, please contact us on (230) 206 9630 or email reservation@taxiservices.mu.If it is less than 2 hours, †you may contact the Transfer Partner direct on the number provided on your booking confirmation but you shall in any event advise Taxiservices.mu Customer Service afterwards.
  • Changes that involve additional costs to either the Transfer Partner or Taxiservices.mu will have to be charged to the passenger.
Please inform us at the time of booking if any of the passengers are wheelchair users. Please also inform us as to whether the wheelchair is collapsible, so that we can ensure that the correct vehicle is booked to meet your needs.

Child seats
If parents choose to use a car seat, we recommend they take their own to ensure safety standards.  A request may be made at the time of booking for the exact type of child seat required, however these requests are not guarantee and additional charges will apply for the hire of the child seat.

  • Each passenger is allowed two items of luggage:
    • one item with a maximum weight of 20 kg, e.g. a suitcase.
    • and one piece of hand luggage weighing a maximum of 5 kg.
  • When you have oversize bags or multiple suitcases please contact Taxiservices.mu beforehand to make sure they can be accommodated, surcharges may apply.
  • In the event that a larger vehicle is required to transport the excess/oversize luggage the passenger will be required to cover the additional cost.
  • When excess/oversize luggage has not been declared beforehand then Taxiservices.mu or the Transfer Partner reserves the right to charge for the excess baggage or refuse to transport the items.
  • Please notify us if you have pushchairs or foldable wheelchairs, so we can accommodate the correct vehicle size.
  • If you are carrying any other type of luggage other than suitcases, such as sports equipment, you must notify us at the time of placing the booking as additional charges may apply.
Delays can occur through third parties such as airlines and other methods of public transport. The Transfer partners will try to accommodate all delays under these circumstances:
  • For airport pick ups the correct flight number must be given as the Transfer Partners monitor flight arrivals and this allows them to alert the driver of any delays.
  • If your outbound flight is delayed, your Service will automatically be amended and your taxi will collect you at your revised time of arrival.
Circumstances beyond our control may arise on the requested route for which Taxiservices.mu accepts no liability. These can include, but are not limited to:
  • Exceptional weather conditions.
  • Accidents and related delays.
  • Criminal or terrorist activity.
  • Unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruptions.
  • Unforeseen road hazards.
  • Police operations.
  • Customer safety.
  • Unforeseen traffic delays.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to Refund section for the charges that are applied in case of cancellation.

Cancellation by passenger:
  • The passenger must notify Taxiservices.mu as early as possible. This will minimise the inconvenience, cost and expense to all parties involved.
  • Unless specifically instructed the cancellation of an outward journey will automatically cancel the return journey where a return journey was reserved as part of the same booking.
Cancellation by Taxiservices.mu:
  • Failure to supply the correct credit card information may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Taxiservices.mu reserves the right to cancel bookings when it can not deliver the vehicle type or the service as requested.
Refund Policy
Taxiservices.mu will endeavour to process all cancellations and subsequent refunds (of prepaid bookings) in a timely and efficient manner. Customers must bear in mind that Taxiservices.mu incurs credit card processing fees for both payments and refunds and as such must apply the following policies for pre-paid reservations. Taxiservices.mu works with Transfer Partners and these refund conditions strive to be equitable and fair to all parties.

Taxiservices.mu will:
  • Apply an administration fee of 20% of the fare per cancellation. If cancellation is done 30 minutes before pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will be applicable.
  • Make a refund only to the person who has paid the fare and on the credit card of original payment.
  • Issue a refund less the administration fee and any additional costs that may occur for all bookings cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the date for which the service has been reserved.
  • Make a full refund where the vehicle does not arrive at the reserved time and passengers have followed the correct procedure.
  • Passenger must allow up to 20 minutes after the reserved booking time to cover unforeseen circumstances before alternative arrangements are made. It is the passengerís responsibility to contact the Transfer Partner on the telephone number that is supplied when booking was confirmed. In cases where no call is made and the passenger uses alternative arrangements, within the 20 minutes time allowance, no refund will be made.
  • Taxiservices.mu will only refund up to the full amount paid. Any claims for further compensation will be passed on to the contracted Taxi Partner direct.
  • All complaints must be in writing to Taxiservices.mu no later than 21 days after the booking date. Complaints need to be sent to reservation@taxiservices.mu and will be dealt with within 28 days after the date they are received.
Taxiservices.mu will not refund in the following circumstances:
  • If the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
  • If cancellation of a booking is made less than 3 hours of the pick up time unless otherwise agreed by Taxiservices.mu. †
  • If the Travel Partner or Taxiservices.mu Customer Service have not received any notification/calls from the passenger and they are not present when the vehicle arrives.
  • If the details provided at the time of booking is incorrect, such as pick up times, flight numbers and address.
  • If no contact number is provided.
  • It is the passengerís responsibility to travel with their booking confirmation, which lists instructions and the relevant contact numbers. Taxiservices.mu accepts no responsibility or compensation claims for any loss of service should the passenger travel without this booking confirmation.
  • We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your taxi collects you from your collection point at the time set out in your Confirmation. However, we will not be liable for any loss or costs you suffer or incur through any reasonable or unavoidable delays and it is your responsibility to ensure that you book the taxi to collect you in time. We will not be responsible for any losses you suffer (including for example any missed flight) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
Complaints must be received in writing within 14 days of the return booking date; you should direct them to reservation@taxiservices.mu.. All complaints will be addressed as soon as possible and Taxiservices.mu will endeavour to resolve all issues within 14 days of notification of the complaint.

Privacy Policy
Taxiservices.mu ask for some personal information to be provided such as passenger name, email address and contact phone number in order to process the booking.
  • Taxiservices.mu needs the passenger name to pass onto the Transfer Partner who may use this for any meet and greet service.
  • Taxiservices.mu needs the email address to send confirmation of the booking, for customer service emails and to send registration details to make future bookings even quicker. Taxiservices.mu may send updates regarding any changes to Taxiservices.mu services in the future.
  • Taxiservices.mu require the passenger contact telephone number, so the Transfer Partner can make contact on their arrival at the pick up point or customer services may call the passenger with regards to details of the booking.
  • When making a payment online, these details are sent to Taxiservices.mu's credit card payment processor.
  • Taxiservices.mu do not collect or store any credit card information.
  • Taxiservices.mu will not sell or pass on any information to a third party, with the exception of essential booking information to the Transfer Partner or Taxiservices.mu's credit card payment processor in order to execute the booking request effectively or to our partner on this site where you have consented to receive further information by email in the booking process. By placing a request for transfer services the passenger consents to Taxiservices.mu passing on such limited details.
  • Taxiservices.mu uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to ensure the privacy of the information provided. At no time is the passenger's debit/credit card details transmitted un-encrypted over the Internet. We also operate behind a firewall to ensure there is no unauthorised access to the system.
